again, i feel there's an issue with balance. it looks like she should be falling on her ass, her center of gravity is way off.

I could be an ass and say "She's in space" or some other lame excuse. I am well aware about the balance and such. im just a little lazy :/

it's not an issue of being lazy. you just have to plan ahead. lightly sketch out your drawing before you do it. find the line of action, the center of gravity, get a sense of balance. try the pose in real life, look up some reference.

i preplan, I just cut corners ect. THe next big thing i'm going to be working on IS life drawing. I'll get some nice poses out of that.

Yeah I just got a new laptop the other day and I finally can color.  The colored one i did first btw.

but i do like the second pic. next time keep your sketch layer from your color layer that way they don't clash. kind of hard to see what you did with the colors with all the skeletal markings and what not.
