the shiv makes for a good hit and run weapon because of the bleeding

heh... wouldn't make much sense to use it if it was causing less damage with the bleeding effect, would it?
Naw... the total damage done (hit damage plus the bleeding effect) seems to be much higher than the damage the normal Kurki can cause with just one hit.
Didn't get the weapon yet (no secondary deadringer) when I played as a Scout I got to know how much of a pain in the ass this weapon can be...

Damage

   * Base: 42 (38-47)
   * Mini-Crit: 57
   * Critical Hit: 127

   * Bleed Damage: 3-5 damage per tick, 8 damage per second for 8 seconds (64 damage total)

With the Sandman equipped and some bad luck one normal hit can be a guaranteed kill.

Is there any way to switch the maps after the time runs out on maps like Mario Kart and Block Fort?

the only way to switch maps on ones with unlimited time is if someone with admin powers is around to force switch the map. that's why blockfort isn't on the votelist
