sinister vs. cipher. Cipher did good but sinister was really great at cornering cipher right from the beginning, so he wasn't able to do much, so sinister won that one.

It's crazy how nervous that made me.. totally unexpected that. Anyways, now I know the feeling and I'm pumped for more - looking forward to tonight hah.

It was pretty funny and unexpected though, seeing as i was pretty much betting on you to win that bout. also if they aren't being done already team tourneys would be a fun idea too seing as we have so many people in these fights. It'd definately get more people involved and reduce the spec numbers.

i was not on my game and he was trying his very best to beat me, he outplayed me that game. if it was zvz again, i'd probably be more on my toes. i had no idea he could play zerg as well as he did

as long as it's not teams like rtil+sev or something, teams that win anyways i mean, i'm down. Maybe one okay to good player should team up with one that is not so good, like rtil+zack, sev+bp7 etc etc

i want to do a more organized tournament with an actual prize at the end (probably money).

the hard part, though, is making sure that the tournament is fair. obviously we have a lot of players in different skill levels, and division rank is not always the best gauge of that, especially if you have only a few games played.

i can only think of two things to possibly make it even:
1. give the lower ranked player a random cpu teammate with difficulty gauged by number of divisions apart from the player they're playing against
2. lower the handicap on the higher ranked player by 10% per leagues apart
i don't think they're the best ideas though. i'm open to suggestions

if we can't think of anything really good then i guess we'll just keep the tourney without a prize for the time being.

there should also be an easier way to get ahold of everyone for tournament games, and a place to see the bracket.

also i don't know how i missed posting this, i could've sworn that i did, but someone suggested we have upper and lower leagues, like the GSL code A and code S. i thought that might be cool, i dunno
