this is getting kind of silly so i'm just going to open up registration for this week's tournament and hope shit works out ok

by the way, we're implementing a code A and code S sort of system for a conjoined set of separate tournaments for the top-tier and lower-tier players based on the preliminaries of this tournament, so from now on, there will be 2 separate tournaments going on at once, the "Code A" (i might use a different name for them later), or lower bracket, and the "Code S", or higher bracket. Every week, a small percentile of players from code A will be given the opportunity to move up to code S, and the lower of the code S players will have to go back to code A for the following week depending on performance, so the goal is to get to the top and stay there. there'll be champions of both separate tournaments.
