fixes a shit load of stuff and makes it a much better game
like Making the AI not have sniper vision, you can stealth about much more easily, the sky and various graphic details look better etc

also it does work for steam you just need to run the game once and then bam

actually i was trying to refind that one but this one is a bit simpler and has less added on to it

both worth trying but 2009 is better for people playing it for the first time IDK each is fun
