His hand thats really close looks weird... I think its the fingers. They don't look long enough. Or his hand's too thick... I'm not sure.

some good ideas going on in those, i think you should do some basics first, though. bouncing ball, and a walk cycle for example. if you don't have animator's survival kit then get it. i should just put a PDF of it up on the site for people to download
