the duke challenge: name one funny thing in duke nukem forever

also the game is slow paced and bad

even shitty games like prey are better than duke nukem forever in every way

uh prey is better than DNF but it was a good game as a whole too FAG

DNF didn't really make me laugh or anything but it did have some fun segments, like the dukeburger areas

Duke Nukem wasn't meant to be a great game. Remember Duke Nukem 3D? There wasn't anything amazing about it but it's style. Hate if you want, but DNF is exactly what it was supposed to be, a crappy, crude, cheesy, game. I don't think it could have been made much better than it was.

That's just making excuses. The game was meant to be a great follow up to DN3D but constant engine/general changes and arrogance from George Broussard lead to it not getting done and 3D Realms looking useless. Had no one wanted to risk picking it up again it probably wouldn't have come out for even longer or ever. The game could've been made a lot better and wasn't anywhere near as good as it could have been. This doesn't mean you can't personally enjoy it (i do) but don't say it was intentionally sub par that's rediculous.
