This isn't abnormal to do in rural societies that can't afford to take care of pets and don't have the money or the knowledge to fix their farm dogs or cats.  the fact that she is enjoying it is something else altogether.  That part is sick.

um excuse me but that's stupid. If they would want to put them down, they could do it quickly, by stomping on their head for example, instead of letting them suffer by throwing them into the river.

Well, that's just what I thought but watching the video again I saw that the flow of the river was barely noticable... I'm not sure if such a weak flow would really affect those pullpies.

I think he was just being sarcastic... beside the splatter and the nasty clean up afterwards you would have to be quite a cold fucker to do something like that and I doubt that getting your head smashed is a nicer death than drowning. Also, if she actually would have done THAT, I think this would have a completely different impact.

The worst thing about this shit actually is, though, that these people actually get the attention that they wanted.

She could have not put it on the internet

She filmed herself doing it and put it on the internet like an asshole.  An asshole wanting to show as many people as she can how much of an asshole she really is.
