This isn't abnormal to do in rural societies that can't afford to take care of pets and don't have the money or the knowledge to fix their farm dogs or cats.  the fact that she is enjoying it is something else altogether.  That part is sick.

um excuse me but that's stupid. If they would want to put them down, they could do it quickly, by stomping on their head for example, instead of letting them suffer by throwing them into the river.

and kott, you're right but that only applies to still waters, not fast flowing rivers

although i agree with 99 and zop when they say that people do that shit all the time to animals, it doesn't really mean that throwing them into the river and letting them drown instead of putting them down quickly is really the right thing to do. At least most of the times when people do shit like skinning dogs and stuff it's for a "somewhat better cause", as in, making their flesh/fur nicer through their adrenaline rush before their death. what that sicko does in the video though doesn't do anything good, not even something somewhat good, i mean it's not even really entertaining.

Yeah I agree with this. Facebook groups are filled with idiots that cant understand Humans are animals also. I bet a video of a  farmer will eventually be posted putting a horse with broken legs down or something, where he will be harassed him for doing his job.
