Broken & Stylo are the only tracks i've heard from it and i loved them

it's not

but it has a few good tracks, i think superfast jellyfish and empire ants are the best. some other tracks like rhinestone eyes and broken remind me the most of the gorillaz sound. for the most part i think the album is less about the gorillaz and more about having a collaborative feel, which would be fine except most of the guest artists suck or don't fit in

i'd say it's an average album but the videos that are going to go along with it will make it stronger. by itself though it's not that great, especially some tracks on their own

whats different about this album and the other 2 is that its almost exclusively produced by Murdoc.  Personally I like it more than demon days just sayin

danger mouse produced demon days which is probably why it sounded so good

this was all albarn and a few of his buddies. theres barely much of an actual traditional band playing in this, its like the total opposite of the first gorillaz album. i wasnt expecting the electro feel at all

i agree with rtil in that a lot of the tracks dont work that well standalone, but as an album everything comes together and it sounds really good

rhinestone eyes, broken, superfast jellyfish, empire ants, melancholy hill are the tracks that i'd call great

oh and their best song is still clint eastwood

i liked demon days more, but i still thought this album was really good. glitter freeze, empire ants, rhinestone eyes and broken are my favorites
