I love the colouring and the shading on this piece, and I love how you've done the smoke.

The thing that's been bothering me a bit about this picture is the face, and mainly the cheek on the right. You've drawn it as if it were a 3/4 view (at least, that how it appears to me) but the rest of her face looks like a frontal view, in which the cheek wouldn't be so pronounced.
