Well, gesundheit does mean "bless you".

It literally means "health".

Here in the Netherlands we say "gezondheid"

We got more than enough people like that in Germany, too. People who say "Public Viewing" and use all kinds of English words. I don't have anything against the English language but whenever I hear someone saying "awesome" even though they're German etc. I tell them to talk in their motherlanguage.

Besides "cool" and "nice" it pretty much bothers me for some reason.

Technically for a long time angst was fear in English too, just over the years (like so many other words) citizens abused it and altered it's meaning entirely.
