I'll take my vindication on being a nut when I stated that the MSM was clearly colluding with and taking talking points with the clinton campaign

>waaaah morning joe told the normies about the possibilities of us having our tentacles grasping every supple part of the MSM and to correct this we need someone to have stern words with his producer!!!!

If Trump wins you lose the election.

If Clinton wins you lose the civilization.

Checkmate Democrats.

SrsSam77

What bam said

and I was hopeful until Scott Adams pointed out that Clinton and her persuasion team have given people the moral cover to beat trump voters in the streets and/or rig the election

We'll see though

Jon

the conservatives will grow immensely from this loss

cynical circular logic? gotta be a first for this thread :wile:

the big problem with this election is that a vote for clinton is supporting corruption of government , whereas a vote for trump is supporting corruption of culture- they're both part of the problem. a bigger issue is that both sides have a complete doomsday scenario in their head for if the competitor wins, and a chunk from both sides believe that their candidate can do no wrong yet the other is satan incarnate. past both their cringy personal issues, when you have complete lapses in common sense like someone who thinks that hilldawg is 100% trustworthy and yet turn a blind eye to how much she's flip-flopped on policies over the past 20 years, or someone who believes trump can bring the US back into economical prosperity ignoring that he and his companies have filed for bankruptcy several times in the past decade, you gotta ask if these are honestly the best both parties could do

my family, who mainly live in missouri, have often been on the opposite end of the political spectrum to me, are voting trump this year. thing is, they absolutely hate trump- think he's a bigoted misogynist, etc. but they feel the need to vote GOP because well, with so many supreme court justices on the way out, they want to vote for the candidate who will likely hold the same values as them. they're voting out of obligation, but have begun to resent the system now that they're in an election where neither people in the DNC nor RNC are the sensible candidate, and it sure doesn't help that both committees are working against the people voting for them

and i agree with that completely- bernie was the popular pick but got shafted in nomination because of the superdelegate system and prexisting bias from the clintons, and the entire republican party was at war with eachother for the longest time during the nomination cycle because the party themselves were gearing towards anyone who WASNT trump

and at the end of the day, both parties ended up siding with the most polarizing candidates possible. i've found that not only frustrating because of the candidates chosen, but the fact that this is the most mean-spirited election i've seen. and it all comes from the people who have the gall to show pride in the one they're voting for. it pains me because neither one are worth supporting, let alone voicing any sort of zeal toward the respective candidate. arrogance was what put both of these candidates on the map, and it's arrogance that feeds both of their egos

even if it hadn't been for this horrible campaign- this always happens. every election, where political strife poisons us against eachother, through a stream of constant arguing/blocking on social media, and a superiority complex toward those who disagree with you. follow it up with a long recovery process only for the same thing to happen again 4 years later

thats my two cents so yeah, vote for whoever you want, but remember that we're still all gonna have to live together regardless of the outcome

take pride in who you are, not what others try to make out of you
