what a fantastic movie, i cannot believe how many moving parts were on screen at once, i mean for real

how did they even do it

literal blood, sweat and tears

170 days of filming in the desert

lots of stories of close calls on stunts since most of them were real, even some of the car crashes

finally got to see it again. was even better the 2nd time around imo. a lot more details and dialogue popped out to me and i was able to enjoy it even more because of that

my favorite parts:
the sandstorm chase
the canyon bikers dropping grenades onto the war rig
bullet farmer going insane
max and the warboy spitting into the fuel line to make the cars go faster
any part with doof
the final chase and nux's sacrifice
that's basically the entire movie but idgaf

i am salt boy

also, here's a great review of mad max from a woman who has the same disability as Furiosa: My Reaction to Mad Max: Fury Road and the Utter Perfection that is Imperator Furiosa

i'll go with you for #5

Thor

This movie was so incredibly freakin' good.

And from the technical filmmaking level: It's amazingly good as well:

Thor

I seriously love how the cars reflected the character's personalities as well

bd648

i liked not only that but also i loved how each faction had a different theme for the cars. the russians (forget their name) had all the spikes and stuff on their cars. the war boys had a crazy focus on power. the rich dude's guys (gas town?) i think all had luxury cars and the guys with the guns had a mighty focus on militarizing all of their cars (the treads and shit).
FRACTALS ARE NOT ART! IT'S MATH!

another interesting thing to note
people eater from gastown was killed with bullets that came from the bullet farm
bullet farmer was killed by a guzzoline explosion with fuel that came from gastown
Also,
Immortan Joe was killed with his own car, which was basically an extension of his dick.
