Still lurking, still drawing. This is all from within the last month or so.

I'm going to try to draw MEN and scenery for a while. Drawing MEN is super scary.

while i don't draw men nearly as often as i draw women, i find it a lot more fun than i used to.  it's like working with a chisel and a piece of rock or wood instead of clay and your hands or something. anyway, nice sketches.

i like the palette, but it feels a little lazy. think about where the light source is coming from and where shadows would be cast, then worry about bounce light and highlights.

looks like you have all the mid tones, now you can add some highlights to accentuate things like the eyes and other shiny things
