i find that hard to believe considering that twitter is an outspoken opponent of internet censorship and has repeatedly ignored government requests (not just from the US) to hand over/censor data

seems a bit sensationalist. judging from all the circumstances, it seems it was a false positive for spam, something that twitter has to vigorously combat and is automated

to top it off, his twitter is back online and he hasn't lost anything
