It'll be worth it!!
Stu I love the Charlotte pic so much. That foreshortening is great! A shame you didn't add shading or anything cause it looks really flat!
Some nice stuff in this thread though!

the problem with the arms is mostly caused by foreshortening, especially the one to our left, it  looks broken. but other than that it's good

yeah i'm pretty crappy at foreshortening which i guess is why i drew this pic. i'll probably go back in and try to fix the arms later.

iinnkk

i think they're both too short :o
and as for her right one, maybe choose a different angle? this angle looks pretty awkward. (although, you could make it work but i have no clue how since i rarely study anatomy)

harrison2142

Wish I had stopped by here sooner, really diggin' your style, man, Nice lines and a pretty good sense of proportions. Keep it up!

ZennyPLUS

I agree with everybody else about the arms, but looks solid over all, hope you color this one.

for her back arm it looks like you ran out of canvas space. i would add some more width so you have more breathing room. i think the arm is getting there but it looks like her shoulder is missing. i think if you color this piece it may make the depth a little more convincing.

as for the front arm, i can see the first half of the arm working, but the forearm feels too small. you may want to work on another layer until you nail this part cuz it looks like you're having to erase around everything to continue editing it and that can be a real chore that you have no reason to burden yourself with in digital art.

a solution i see would be to push the elbow much further to the right, allowing you to extend the arm without having to move the hand.

i actually am working on another layer it just doesn't look that way 'cause i erased some stuff so you could see what i'm doing better

thanks dilly

i never post my doodles so i think i might try to get in the habit of doing that

rtil

very cute
you could probably shrink them down a little because of the large brush you use. you and sev work so large it freaks me out

ZennyPLUS

I normally work big on my media because I like to get details, but that's because I'm studying figure drawing. Boss Squirtle, pizza point for you stu.

naturally

ty

i work very large because i used to work very small and by the time i would finish a drawing i would realize that the resolution is terrible. also just incase i ever want to add any smaller details without them looking bad. maybe i'm just comfortable with huge right now. if it begins to be a problem i'll probably try other stuff.

harrison2142

I work in high resolutions as well, but i at least shrink the images down a bit when posting them haha

And good stuff man, always love looking at sketches!

naturally

oohhhh that's what you meant. i usually do but forgot this time. i'll edit it quick.
