I haven't watched it since the days of Outlaw Star and Dragon Ball, back in Elementary/Middle School, but

CN EXEC: we changed all the programming and moved it to a time slot on saturday that noone will ever watch. I dont see why it gets bad ratings? can someone explain this to me?
