I likes me some Rush.

Neil Peart was the best drummer ever.

was? he's still alive

I saw them in concert last summer it was pretty amazing.
Oh, wretched ephemeral race ... why do you compel me to tell you what it would be most expedient for you not to hear? What is best of all is utterly beyond your reach: not to be born, not to be, to be nothing. But the second best for you is—to die soon.

Yeah he good.

best drummer ever? not by a long shot.

half the jazz drummers working today would but him to shame so easily. jazz drumming is nuts, fuck.

he's probably the best rock drummer though!

Neil understands this full well and incorporates jazz drumming techniques into his live set so yes he is quite a competent drummer. He is also very crucial to Rush as a whole since he wrote most of the lyrics for their albums after he joined and helped take them from just another Zeppelin rip-off band to what they are now. Which is funny because when he first joined Alex Lifeson disliked him, Lifeson is an amazing guitarist also. This post is very gay. I listen to jazz, for awhile when i was about 14 i listened to it predominantly but sort of grew away from it which is a shame because as they say its the only true American art form and it was made by poor black people!

I can't believe black people have gone from Jazz to Soulja boy in such a short time frame.
