Ah, I like the smudgy looking graphite on this, it gives it a softer look, especially on the sky. There's some good composition and some awesome shading on the upperhalf, methinks, as the clouds lead you to the subject of this picture, the Conductor. However, the bottom half's...uh...airduct/bridge like things lead the eye away from the Conductor into the buildings, and since it has a deeper and dark colour, it'll draw the eye more than the upper half.

Just my two pennies.
