Well people who do decent submissions generally take longer to punch out a flash anyway so i think it would be pointless.

Also I like to make unserious pointless flashes just for fun sometimes and I wouldn't want to have restrictions just cause I got the urge to make some random movie.

i get the urge to make random shit too. but i wouldnt mind at all if a stupid flash of mine got rated low or blammed, cuz thats what should happen. and if it affected my ability to submit for a few days, it wouldnt bother me at all

i wouldnt want it to be too extreme, just basically light restrictions against daily shit series like atwi80d
I have more of a life writing this review at 1145 pm than you guys do making these movies. . .

It's more so the fact someone has to make a negative review lengthy just for it to stay. I've seen some pretty decent reviews get deleted in the past that weren't even that personal. :/
