Yay! Motion Paths...:)

Dammit I just can't get motion Paths to work...Okay so I'm supposed to make another layer and draw some shit on it with the pencil tool and designate it as a guide layer...Then attach it to an object then motion tween it...

I've gotten as far as drawing some stuff and designating it as a guide layer...Where in the hell do you attach it? I've tried this before... Help?

Honestly even if you follow the instructions on doing them PERFECTLY they still take a few tries to get working at times.

Flash is weird like that.

Yep I know...I had tried it before when I sucked more...Now I guess I knew more flash to feel comfortable enough to attempt it again. Anyways I followed that tutorial...And I created my own fairy! ^_^ Check it out! I done drewed it meself!

There's a part right before it loops itself that it does a jerking motion. Other than that, it works nicely

i've noticed that using the brush tool to make motion paths is a bad idea. that and it seems to ignore your motion path if you try to introduce it to an already existing tween. the tool is very cryptic afaic

Thanx I'll keep that in mind. So far I've been using the pencil tool. I lurve the pencil tool <3. I just did another one BTW. Wow motion paths are purty useful.
