Hey lasse I listened to Tomorrow's Harvest, thanks for the rec. You probably already know Sweet Trip if you browse /mu/, but it seems like a band you would like if you're into MBV and Boards of Canada.

That's just where I first heard about Velocity : Design : Comfort a few years ago. I have no idea if anyone on /mu/ talks about that album now.

I remember a few cool people from /mu/. There were good threads sometimes but, like with most of the larger boards, the noise to signal ratio is pretty low, especially if your taste doesn't match /mu/'s canon (i.e. what the most vocal people enjoy, not the majority). Anyway yeah some people take their hobbies pretty serious. I guess they don't like to feel like they're wasting time.
