They look very cool. The scenery and natural light did add a few interesting elements to them, but it took a bit away some of the details that couldn't be shown. Never had much experience with putting models together then painting them, but it looks like you spent some time doing it.

yeah i've been doing this on/off for years

it goes in cycles

i started out with orks, then chaos marines, and now imperial guard

my ork army is by far the largest but it needs some updating

i should find my old warboss, strip off the paint and remake him

yes then all i need is someone to pit it against but apparently the only active 40k things in norway are in like trondheim and oslo so they're both pretty much out of reach unless i move there (fuck oslo it SUX trondheim has a nice church at least)

I have Yarrick and a Lord Commissar, but I haven't painted them yet. I'm not too fond of them though, they're not really good for generic commissar models. I'll get some proper ones when I have more infantry.

im cleaning up some old metal miniatures

i have to fix up some stormtroopers (file down a few edges) then undercoat them and paint another batch of troops

not entirely sure how to finish off the last armored sentinel

i ordered some OOP metal figures to use as commissars and officers

including, probably to ashington's great delight, a mordian officer GASP except i'll use him as a commissar

i got a second battletank

when i have them both painted i will probably show some pics

i haven't done much partially because the weather has been so shitty and i don't want to spraypaint inside or in the garage
