it's because it didn't have airblast before and airblast is like EVERYTHING for a pyro

Yep. Wish I could kill with fire and not reflects/flares but wellp.

And yeah backburner is pretty much a straight upgrade like the degreaser. There's nothin the stalk flamethrower excels at. Hell even just plain ol fire damage the bb does a bit more.

there's too many items in the game now to be able to balance it. your loadout and/or class simply has to change to fit the situation in most cases. sometimes i wish the game had presets of loadouts you typically used so you could quickly transition, instead of having to change the items you equip every time.
