it's a program that changes the tint of your screen based on the time of day. i really like it, and it has an option to turn it off temporarily if you're drawing and need the right colors. it's really nice on the eyes at night. i used to get headaches a lot looking at my screen at night, but i don't anymore b/c of this program

Its a bit odd seeing my screen tinted weird, but I got my night time setting halfway between florescent and halogen, and its pretty nice.
My eyes don't hurt as much looking at the screen now.

that was my feeling after using it for a year but i can understand why someone would like it

the trick i think is to set it to Slow so that you don't really notice it
since i dont really draw or anything i have no reason to keep turning it off either, so it's great

its useful in the morning but at night it hurt my eyes more than usual.
maybe its something you need to get used to.

i think it works best if you're near a natural source of light, and i basically sit next to a window that's almost twice as tall as me
