livestream alternatives

does anyone here make use out of any site other than livestream? i am asking for two reasons:
1. is there any more reliable free service than livestream or a pay service with reasonable prices
2. should i bother adding API to track any other service than livestream

ustream.tv is an option. Its free as well as livestream; however, I havent used it.

i hear justin.tv is better but i don't know

justin.tv only does webcams

there is something to make the justin tv stream work onto the desktop and audio or whatever but i havent looked into it
