Pretty much this. My parents were flippin' out OMGYESDURIAN and offered me some. I've eaten weird stuff before and tried to see if I could get past the smell.

I kinda did, but after swallowing my first bite, I couldn't stop throwing up for a while and avoided durian like the plague since.

Also, I can't stand eating liver. The texture alone makes me sick, no matter how it's cooked and regardless of it being a good source of iron.
