Really bad charecter design

I want to show you guys this short I found today. It basically explains everything I hate about CGI

Why he tried so hard to make her realistic I'll never know. Meline was so boring and stiff looking it killed what could have been a very beautifully done short. Everything else was wonderful, from the scenery to the sound design, the cinematography the music...But every time to see her its like AAAAAAAAAAAAA.

yeah there's something off about it. it sorta looks like they took the face of a 12 year old girl and put it on the body of a 5 year old girl. this is a nice vid tho

That girl is the perfect example of the Uncanny Valley. She's very unsettlingly unnatural in a beautiful world.
