It's shit, needs a nosebleeding and a boner but if it was actually designed that way, it wouldn't have confused anywone for even a second... yet, I guess you are right, we need more dumb stereotypes!

^This is not gonna change anything about rtil's medic anyway and I know that too well but this is my way to express my enthusiasm for his art...

I like it but the rest of your characters are very different from their male in-game counterparts, but the medicgirl seems like a close copy to the original one. Maybe she could look less like malemedic and incorporate bandages or something into her design? Like maybe instead of trousers, her legs are wrapped in bandages or something. Maybe she could wear a belt and instead of having say, shotgun shells lining the belt, have syringes? Just some ideas :P Otherwise, nice pose

this took a lot longer than the other ones , i kept erasing and re-drawing her arms, her legs, her head, everything, and every time i kept hating it. but finally yesterday i came up with new design parts i liked and here she is
