Well I can see how it can be bad for me in several years, but right now, it's not really changing me noticeably. Fat food is supposed to rise your chances of getting a heart attack and all that stuff, but I'm not getting fat, I don't get acne or oily skin or anything from that, so right now, i don't really care.

Probably something I will regret with 40.

Definitely; McDonald's prepares their food differently depending on different cultures.  No fast food chains could catch on in France until McDonald's tried slightly undercooking the meat to match their taste.
