i know it sounds really self centered but i think that with some discussion of guidelines and stuff i could moderate

i mean last time i was mod i didnt just ban everyone but i didnt have any guidelines either so if i ever "abused my powers" i didn't really know

also i agree that lenko would make a good mod because he goes here a lot and he seems like he is unbiased enough

rtil i hate to admit it but the period where the forum is so small that you can moderate it by yourself is very obviously over or at least ending and there are only going to be more members if you keep making cartoons/artwork

moderators CAN actually improve the forum if you get some good ones and you don't have to pick me im only suggesting that because i had all of these ideas of what would be good for the forum and because i have mod experience here

i think there was a changed for tba thread a while ago in nachos and it involved having people become mods um tbh we dont really need anymore mods if anyone does anything wrong just message rtil or shadowfox

2. introductions forum is a always a huge mess and general forum is the most visited forum so i think we need some moderator(s) to cover those areas

we have contest and game mods so we would just need to fix the problem areas

I think I do more than you might think, but I don't put everything out in the open
I don't think this forum's active enough for me to close/delete any more topics than I've already done
Whenever I do get PMs I'll take a look at what's going on, but it's usually nothing wrong
If members did start getting permabanned, chances are they wouldn't take it lightly and we'd hear about how the forum's so strict (using that term loosely) and can't take a joke

Although I find blunt, random and mean comments funny, I agree on the fact that this it shouldn't be ran into the ground as much
When it all comes down to it though, it's really the members who should consider how they act

As far as the introduction section goes, it's up to the members to show new_member_x a bit of mercy so they can adapt to the ways of the forum and learn the rights and wrongs
That whole mercy factor however is pretty much non-existent in the forum as we give the new user the heaviest taste of what the forum member base is like, along with mocking the new member in posts or making identical topics until the person doesn't even show up anymore.
Yes, it would be in the best interest of new_member_x to lurk a while before joining or even posting, but most (especially those who don't know who any of you are) don't know what they're in for (as we sometimes even tell them) and can't expect for them to do so
