some more prac stuff

the old guy was made in PS using a technique i've seen mentioned a lot in tutorials where you use the magic wand tool to make outlines and then simply fill em in. it was kinda impractical at first but then i got used to it. its cool for simple designs but i dont get how some people are able to do massive pieces with it

the chick is my attempt at a 'modern comic book' style ie invincible but it looks more like anime probably because shes pretty with big eyes idk

and uh the cedric is just me fucking around with night shades in flash

His Fro is a little lopsided. Too much in the back. The old man looks really weird and I couldn't tell it was an old man until you said it was. The chick looks really strange. Might be the lips.

tribal markings. the nose is just stylized

i'll be redoing him later hopefully the markings will be more apparent

ok to answer grins question i used a red shade that rtil uses a lot and uh put glowy highlights happy now
