Xenophobe Production Thread

If you're wondering why the forum has been devoid of pointless racial arguments by everybody's favorite large, hairy black man (Not Lenko, ME you silly), this is why.

Just for old times sake, I'll post my WIP on here and j

It's part of a 2-part story about a company that teaches people magic for exorbitant prices and at it's helm are a lazy white guy named Dimitri who doesn't really do anything but smoke weed and read newspaper comics, and his idiot step brother, and a red-headed sociopathic niglet named Romeo who does things to fuck up Dimitri's reputation for fun. It has cameos from my previous flash movies like Kiara and Jazz, but they're in pretty different roles, such as Kiara being a shitty contract killer as opposed to a generic demon fighter like in....DevilSlayer.... AAANYWAY.... This company deals with the city's corrupt, fucked up church community as well as pissed off every-men *cough, cough* Jazz *cough*

The shitty commercial intro was made months ago, but the next scene is the style I went with for the rest of the movie (I'm at 6 out of 8 minutes finished) I'd like to finish it this week.  So yes, there's way more done than this.
Anybody who knows how to add subtitles to a movie that implements v-cam gets a pity fuck

you might want to lower the volume of the music and screams in the background because I could barely understand some of what the two guys were saying.

its alright. i really liked the shading/lighting/colour choices

what i dont like is the crude humour (pointless dick and fart jokes) and the fact that its still not really clear what happens in the 'commercial'

also romeo just sorta whispers 'scatter maggots'. it'd would work a lot better if he yelled it

Haha Fascinating speech, Squeef, we're all impressed. To address one thing, my series was out a year and a half before the first Freetown toon. For you to say my futurristic style is ripped from that is bullshit. The rest of it was funny as hell.

i didnt really enjoy it at all the animation was really kinda clunky and the art style looked really undevolped

well, i like anime i guess. i thought most of the art and characters looked pretty good, the pacing was a little suck though. the animation was decent, but the timing of everything just felt off. i hated the voice acting, and the plot and stuff. i feel like you're trying to break down walls but you're doing it in a counter-productive manner. i don't know where you were trying to go with the religious themes, but from what i saw it seemed like it could only go to "jesus christ is our savior and everyone should love him" or "god doesn't exist also fuck america"

it's made some decent headway. i feel like all the animation is there for the sake of movement. none of it feels very authentic. like the guy picking his nose is just a loop and he's got his entire hand in a fist except his index finger, i've never seen anyone pick their nose with that kind of rigidness. and the girl who points at the screen and clenches one finger at a time while keep thing others still, that's not even possible. every movement doesn't have any follow through to it either. they just fall into this key and there's no bounce or anything. it's kind of weird when you go from fluid movement to a complete standstill. you need to ease in to it. i also found the dick/fart jokes to be unfunny and unecessary

aaaaaaaaaaaand the font is still missing on the "shut up and evolve" poster by the guy takin a crap unless you wanted it to be arial which i highly doubt
