I've been to Russia before it was pretty awesome, especially if you like the cold!!! The food was different but still good. But if not Russia I would probably go to Canada, Germany, or Japan!!!

I think I'd either go to Canada, England, or Japan.
I've been to Toronto, and I like the cityscape and their architecture, plus it was clean!
I love tea, and England's pretty close to us in language HOWEVER the whole "no Taco Bell" thing may be a problem...oh and driving
Japan 'cause they've got a friggin' Gundam there now, but I've spent 4 years trying to learn their language so I think I'll be able to survive there
Really anywhere in these places where it snows and I can snowboard...

Don't go to Japan unless you don't know any Japanese.

Go to Hong Kong if you want a similar place, a lot more English speakers. It's similar to SF I've heard
