you can improve on a lot of things desert, just depends on what direction your taking it.

lol we're just trying to give it some variety

but this style is a big trend now, it'd be fine if you went with it but try to add some originality to it or something to make it look like your own.

i didn't want to have to mention this but it's not just the noses it's the whole post-modern avant garde flannelgraph look that is getting really unoriginal and tired now i mean it's nice they're trying something "different" but it doesn't have to be a carbon copy of all the other work that looks like this

you might as well go for the full monty and draw random speech bubbles everywhere with irrelevant symbols in them

I agree with you about all this, though. When Campnorth was still alive, everyone's work was an odd mix of the milburn bros and lazymuffin--the same kind of LOL WACKY FACES AND WIGGLY ARMS look that this fella seems to be going for. I mean, I went for that shit for years and still do a lot of the time, but at a certain point everything just blends together and you might as well go back to realism and be praised for being different!

also, speech bubbles, arrows, and paint splatters indicate one thing: laziness

its cute but i'd like to see you try something other than the 'hipster indie scott pilgrim campnorth paste-on-nose indieband album art' style

the yeti pic i really like though

nice colour choices too. the comic could be delivered better!!
