Those were the good old days. I'd say around then was when CN was in it's prime.

I think Cartoon Network's prime was probably in the year 2000, as nearly every Cartoon Cartoon that was around in '00 was fairly strong. I think the network's overall quality started to decline around 2002, when shitty shows like Whatever Happened to Robot Jones? and Codename: Kids Next Door made their debut. Those shows were horrible, especially Robot Jones. What a horrible piece of shit that was. Now that I think of it, the network's last great show was possibly Sheep in the Big City. Too bad ratings weren't very good for that program. It should be noted though that I pretty much stopped giving Cartoon Network the time of day back around summer '03, so I can't really be critical of their newer cartoons as I've barely watched any of them. I only have a decent idea of some of their newer programming due to the fact my 9 year old cousin constantly watches the network whenever she visits. The only show I have seen from her visits that seemed decent at all was Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends. Everything else on CN seems either shitty or meh.
