dont have much to say about this one. most of it is a scanned sketch i colored in. the paper texture gives it a nice look

i guess it's kind of my "thing", i've been drawing cityscapes and the like way before i ever started drawing people. i draw people more often now but backgrounds come more naturally to me.

it really needed something else to balance out the composition, because i didn't want her covering the middle part with the street with the sky space line thingy. so i figured, why not another girl, oh and they're holding hands cuz that'll be cute or something. and there we have it

why did you ink the foreground thinner than the background? do you have a theory for that?

it might look thicker but it's actually just darker, and no i don't have any reason for it because i'm going to be coloring the lineart anyway, which will fade more into the background the further it is from the viewer. and i may end up erasing a lot of the background lines after coloring it in.
