If it is, can you explain to me how you got this effect. I've been trying to get images to have that sort of storybook feel for a while, but I haven't got anything to look good

Looks really nice. I think its mostly colored pencil with some digital touch ups. I couldn't really see the glows coming from colored pencil or the sort of blends coming from sort of texture brush. Could be wrong my computer screen is really dirty.

Yeah that's my guess too, but in this day and age its getting harder and harder to tell between what is digital and what is not

it's quite easy to do, too. you just slap a few layers with different color modes over and wash over some colors until you like how it looks. people do this to "colorize" lineart as well

That's a nice complementary picture to the virus girl you made. I need a her protecting my PC! The traditional picture is good balance since most of the art you've been outputting has been either sci-fi or fantasy so a little modern setting is welcomed, your coloring is prime as usual.

And of course, the obligatory fan art. What class is she? Archer? I remember seeing her use a crossbow or something of that sort.
