yeah, mrbitter is a master league player, and this was on ladder, so it probably was a master league terran.

some terrans on high ladder are exceptionally bad. i played a rank 52 diamond terran who 1-based marines for 15 minutes. i'm not quite sure how he got so high in rank

generally, zerg players are pretty chill and will gg but when they do get pissed off they are probably the biggest pricks around

the majority are alright though, i think the entire "zerg players qq" thing is because of a vocal minority on the b.net forums

however protoss players in general are usually stuck-up and arrogant, smack a lot, rarely show any kind of good sportsmanship, and will try to mock you all the time, even when they are losing (probably because they don't even realize what is happening)

jake is kind of a good example of this, because he admitted he has a superiority complex and thinks of most other protoss as inferior, and horst will bitch and cry about other races a LOT

protoss generally get angrier than anyone else when they get rushed, and if i fail my worker rush, say gg and leave for the next game, they are much more likely to message me on b.net and yap about how awesome they are, or tell you how much they hate you for 'not playing the game right' (which is to lose to their shitty 4gate, and if you repel that it's because zerg/terran/another protoss build is overpowered)

i think this is because protoss isn't fun and they like tormenting themselves or something

terrans are generally ok but will cry about getting rushed a lot, however strangely enough the people that lift off and try to fly to islands and shit are actually pretty quiet most of the time, the few exceptions to this (lift off AND smack) are usually silver terrans, or people who main zerg/toss

there was one guy who lifted off a barracks but lost everything else, and wanted to stay in the game to ask about how i pulled off my rush and stuff, and then just left when i answered his questions

players with the siege tank portrait are usually faggots though and are 250% more likely to be jerks than other terran players for some unexplained reason, regardless of what league they are in

random players are kind of hit-and-miss, about 50% genuinely enjoy playing all the races, and the other 50% are portrait farmers, very few are jerks though

there's a small percentage of 'straight' players that hate random players and will actually leave games immediately if their opponent goes random

^ this is actually fairly accurate for most protoss, but in my case, i wouldn't use "stuck-up" and "arrogant". i am very ragey, but that's more attributable to my style of play and small faults in my play that cause me to lose. if i win a game, it's like okay cool. if i lose a game in which i played my best to a decent player it's like okay cool. but if i lose a game because of a dumb macro/micro blunder, THAT shit pisses me off, and more often than not, it only results in me being angry at myself for doing something dumb, rather than anyone else. i do hate losing to many things on a list of what i'd like to call "gay shit", but i think everyone has a "gay shit" list they hate losing to regardless of race

however in the case of most protoss, the majority i've met on ladder are fucking ASSHOLES. aside from not glhfing or gging (i at least gg and when im in the mood, glhf), i've had more protoss IM me after a game to gloat about their victory than any other race. i think that's because most protoss are faggots who can't macro and rush/4-gate (incorrectly btw) every game to victory and cry when their all-ins (because most protoss rushes are pretty much all-ins, as if you lose your army that early, you're dead, especially if you're rushing an FE) don't work.

otherwise your race assessment actually appears to be pretty accurate. dunno about the higher leagues, apparently a lot of terrans qq more as there are a lot of shit terrans in the high leagues that get stomped by players who know what they're doing and bm because of it. most master league toss i've met seem to be pretty chill but are more inclined to get pissed and experiment with other races or do an entire switch.
