I think Metal is predestinated for this...



The sad thing is that I actually like Manowar's songs but they pretty much parody themselves... True Metal, you poser!

Neat, I found something non-metal... even a hardcore Christian would rather buy the latest Behemoth album than something with a cover like that. But instead of showing a picture of a crucifix, a church on a large meadow or a depiction of muhammed they gotta put the band on it... I apologize as this probably was the hip kind of Lady Gaga style back then (ok, not quite comparable but kinda like that), that people like nowadays. Yet, this doesn't change the fact that it looks ridiculous from someone's point of view who lives in the 21st century but I'm pretty sure people will laugh at things that used to be cool today in a couple of years as well so I can probably leave this as it is...

That Scorpions one is pretty popular... there was a huge controversity about it and the band had to replace it with something else. The content of the song, though, isn't about having sex with minors. The cover had no other intention but making it popular by causing a scandal.
