I usually only like shit like Samurai Shamploo, Cowboy Bebop, Hellsing ect. but I also enjoyed Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan and especially Kodomo No Jikan for it's not just some brainless teacherschoolgirlbullshit but instead deals with a way more delicate issue and turns out to have an actually serious plot in the later episodes.
