I'm pretty sure if this shit was working so easily, there would be more known cases and the drug itself would be much more popular in Europe and North America...

it is a RECENT drug. not only is it very complex and expensive to make, but the plant the drug is derived from only grows in south america

the chemical scopolamine has been around for decades and by itself it isn't that harmful, but the colombians process it with other chemicals to make it into a much more lethal cocktail
