I dont know if anyone here has heard of this, but i just read a really interesting article about a very new drug in colombia called Scopolamine or "borrachero"

the drug has a fascinating effect on the brain. people who are under the influence of the drug appear to be sober, aware, and articulate, but they actually have no free will or control over their actions. they essentially become a puppet and follow any command they are given no matter what it is.

criminals in colombia are simply taking the powder and blowing the dust into the faces of people who walking by. within seconds the person is completely incapacitated and will do whatever you tell them to do. you can ask them to give you their money, credit card number, ask for sex, anything, and they will do it. what's fucked up is that you still appear perfectly fine and normal to anyone else, so no one has any idea you are in trouble.

Who said anything about conspiracy? I'm talking about the practical application of the powder. You could use it on criminals and save a whole lot of time that would be wasted on interrogation and such.
