I ALREADY USE AUDACITY
I NEED THE MP3 TO LOOP WHILE STAYING SYNCED TO THE FUCKING FLASH (not a loop, it actually has more than 1 frame)

by "sinched" I understand you should set your audio to "stream".
in the properties bar (the one on the lower part of the flash screen) there is a thing where you can set the audio to stream and at the right there is an option to either repeat that streamed sound a definite number or times, called "REPEAT" or another option to just  just "LOOP" forever.

thats it niga!

oh and zekey teached me how to cut down some time from those tracks without even leaving flash.

on the same audio bar thing, go to edit.

zoom out so that you can see your entire audio track, you will see 2 small bars in the middle of that thing, now when you move the one to the left, the audio starts playing at a certain point, and if you move the one to the right, the audio stops at a certain point.

Works with loops as well

you cant

and weebl doesnt know a way around it, watch this a few times for example and after 5 or 6 times it will get out of sync, at least for me it does

You can loop music with code but that's a whole different thing.
