It was a Canadian show that was on Cartoon network. I don't know what made me think of it just now. But I loved that show! I can't even find clips on youtube...

yes, a lot of films from that website were on O Canada.

I remember watching this one, Two Sisters, and it blew my mind.
It was so strange to me at the time; definitely not what I was used to.
