And here I thought that it was pretty well-known already. I can see machinima producers using the crap out of that if that thing if it was more accessible.

But I have to say, it's very interesting, especially since I went to an emotional facial expressiveness seminar where we learned a little bit about these things. The class is made for actors, voice actors, directors, and animators. I took a bunch of notes if you find this interesting to read further.
