ANIPEDIA - now open

ok so any of you reading this here obviously know that this is the animation wiki that I was planning months ago.

I hasn't gotten incredibly far on my own since then, however it is ready for its foundation to be built.

The following can take place now

1. Users creating accounts
2. Users uploading their picture/creating their own userpage/article
3. Users creating articles of other animators/artists/VA's/etc
4. Users going to a universal suggestion page to get ideas going and building infoboxes and templates for the rest of the site

I figure this is how it should start. I can't do this on my own, so i need everyone's help. hope to see you guys there.

just read the front page, and get going. and of course, we can discuss this here. any of you want to get seriously involved in this?

until i come up with a non generic drawing with actually good color im going to keep that extremely hard to see thing i did in five minutes and slapped a big fat filter on as my image

unless someone else wants to draw an anigen for the article thats ok too

yes, we need to share eachother's knowledge with the software. i barely know enough to be running this basically on my own at the moment. shida is the only person i know who knows wiki syntax extensively, and she just went on a 2 week vacation.

check out the focus page and see what templates are available. i encourage people to create what is emphasized on the focus page. if you don't want to, you can make articles about whatever you want pertaining to anything in the category tree on the front page. however keep in mind if you do not write something that is not part of Anipedia's current focus, the information you write may be heavily altered and moved around when the time comes to generate content for that section of the encyclopedia.

the article is written just fine. your infobox was the wrong type, and you also filled out optional fields that you had no information for, which the template asks you not to do. i fixed that for you. thanks for writing, and keep contributing
