Since when was a movie's quality solely based on the actor?
That's what i'd like to ask some people.

I also decided to watch Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist and Paperheart over the last 3 days of winter break.

To be frank, I found Michael Cera to be playing the mild, timid guy (the "usual") on NANIP. The movie itself was alright.
Then, I watched Paperheart. This was a better movie, tbh. Michael Cera wasn't playing the usual guy, but a more natural character. The story was great and also touching. I don't want to come across sounding like a Michael Cera fanatic, but I generally don't like the vibe of people denying to watch or like the movie because of the actor's past roles.

i like micheal cera and his charachter he usually always plays but Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist is a bad movie
youth in revolt he does play another charachter that strays away from his regular persona he always plays and he pulls it off perfectly

From the trailer it looks like a movie made to show that michael cera doesnt always have to be the timid quiet little fuck that he looks like. The plot looks like it's a metaphor for his acting career.

Still need to see it. The poster caught my eye but after looking at it more I shrugged. If I really like the movie I'd probably look for a different style.

i think it was his voice
anyways i think people will only enjoy this movie if they like michael cera
