all the voices were done by tomamoto so there's the explanation to that

the animation and characters were fun though. i know the girl who made it and the girl who did the music, they're both great people and have a lot of original or at the very least refreshing ideas for cartoons, especially considering ng's usual fare

all you have to do is "be on the top 2000" users of that month. you can achieve this by either voting every day or submitting something even if it is spam methinks.
